At BTC, we operate in accordance with the Labor and Salary Regulations, as well as the pay scale. In addition, our bonus system is open and based on ratios and discretion according to position. Responsibilities are also described in Position Job Cards.

Every quarter, we carry out an evaluation of the employee’s work, and identify directions for improvement and development. Once a year, we implement an individual interview with each employee, and jointly set goals for future periods.

We regularly improve the knowledge of all employees through participation in internal and external training courses and workshops.
