The components and amount of remuneration generally depend on the job position. In addition, salaries are calculated in accordance with the Labor Law, the Labor Regulations and the Salary Regulations.

The remuneration consists of

Basic pay

Height depending on the position

Bonus in BTC


– monthly for achieving goals (e.g., for completing specific tasks),
– quarterly on performance (e.g., sales),
– discretionary bonus (awarded for special achievements).

For those with a recommendation to use glasses for computer work, we partially or fully reimburse the cost of purchase
eyeglasses. Single parents can adjust their working hours to suit their own schedules.

Depending on the position, we allow partial remote work.
