What progress is for us

At BTC, we recognize that the key to innovation is education, so integration with the world of science is an essential important aspect of the company’s business. We undertake collaborative work with educational establishments and are members of the Competence Councils. In addition, BTC is entered in the register of educational activities kept by the Municipality of Szczecin with the number WOŚ-I-4320/466/2008.

Together with universities and other educational establishments:

we undertake teaching (e.g. laboratories)

we participate in certification processes

participate in curriculum design and development processes

we are open to conducting research for theses, including dissertations

we have an extensive range of student placements

we support the organization of various competitions in various forms

We are a member of a number of Competence Councils. We act as an intermediary in providing information on the demand for competences to educational institutions, labor market institutions (including employment agencies) and district labor offices.
