Guided by this idea, last week BTC organised a training course for its Sales Department employees entitled: Negotiating in practice – How to negotiate effectively and achieve your goals? During the event there was no shortage of:

  • substantive knowledge of effective negotiation strategies,
  • integrative group exercises,
  • simulation games,
  • diagnostic tests,
  • practical cases simulating real negotiations.
